     It is impossible to give a standardized quote for any particular wedding.  The costs depend on the type of wedding, the location, the selections made for flowers, music, entertainment, cake, food and beverage, transportation, and other factors (including the date).  The cost also depends on the number of people who will be attending the wedding.  We can tell you that getting married in Acapulco is not necessarily expensive, depending on the type of event you have in mind.

     We have arranged weddings for couples who came to Acapulco alone, as well as for couples accompanied by a number of family members and guests.  Every wedding is planned in detail and a budget outlined in agreement with the client.  Some items in the budget will require full or partial payment before arrival, and other items can be paid once you are here in Acapulco.  Most couples like to work on a pay-as-you-go basis, paying for the costs over a period of time.

 
    In order to begin the actual work of planning and budgeting for your wedding, we require a deposit of $500 USD.  We are glad to give estimates and discuss arrangements with any potential client prior to making a deposit; however, a deposit is required to reserve the date for your event.  Because we provide intensive personal attention to making sure your event is perfect, Acapulco Dream Weddings only schedules one wedding for any given week of the year.

     Acapulco Dream Weddings works in a different way than any other wedding planner in Acapulco:  we use the power of competition to get you the highest quality services at the best possible prices.  We charge a fee for our coordination services, and then we contract on your behalf for all the services you need--after getting competitive pricing from several vendors.  We monitor and supervise the delivery of these services to ensure that your day will be perfect.  Most wedding planners in Acapulco have pre-packaged deals and can give you a list of prices for various items.  We do not do assembly line weddings; each of our events is individually planned, down to every minute detail.  We may not necessarily use the same vendors for every wedding; the selection of vendors may vary depending on availability and pricing.  In this way, you save money while getting the very best services for your event.

     One final note for those shopping for a wedding planner in Acapulco:   Don't be fooled by resorts or hotels that tell you that the services of a wedding planner are "included" in the price of the wedding.  These planners are getting paid in some manner, and you may actually be paying a higher price for their services than you realize.
